This position is with an established company in Little Rock with a great opportunity in a casual atmosphere. The candidate will serve as a communication link between customers and/or coworkers.
Education Requirements:
• BS in Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
Requirements
Experience Requirements:
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience providing customers with technical support of complex software systems.
Additional Skills Required:
• Enthusiasm for supporting customers of all skill levels.
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft Windows client and server operating systems.
• Good knowledge of databases (e.g., MS SQL, MySQL) and Microsoft web servers.
• Good knowledge of Windows print server management.
• Ideally, have some knowledge of T-SQL.
• Ability to learn and become proficient with various software systems
• Superb written and verbal communications skills, fluent in English.
Shift: Monday – Friday – 8a-5p
