We’re looking for a Bank Teller to join our team.
Job Duties:
• Processing deposits, withdrawals, transfers and loan payments.
• Balance cash drawer at the end of the shift and compares totaled amounts to computer-generated proof sheet.
• Report any discrepancies to the supervisor as necessary.
• Ensure teller station is properly stocked with forms, supplies, etc.
• Responsible for checking night depository bags and recording proper information on the financial institution’s forms.
• Promote and maintain positive relations with all contacts, customers, and potential customers.
• Comply with all department and company policies and procedures.
• Contribute to the fulfillment of department and company objectives and goals.
• Perform as a team member in allocating and coordinating the workflow.
• May train new employees and answer co-worker questions.
• Will be involved in ordering, receiving verifying, and distributing cash.
• Open new accounts.
• Promote the bank’s products and services, consistently cross-selling bank products at every opportunity.
• Makes concentrated effort to solve customer issues.
• Perform related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
• Must have cash handling work experience.
• Must have friendly face-to-face customer service skills.
