Requirements
Job Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Boiler Operator or in a similar industrial mechanic role with a focus on boiler systems.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in hydraulics, HVAC/R systems, and industrial maintenance procedures.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and control system diagrams accurately.
• Experience operating boilers within an industrial or large commercial setting.
• Knowledge of field service operations related to industrial equipment maintenance.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose issues efficiently using technical documentation.
• Strong commitment to safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with team members and providing excellent customer service when interacting with internal clients or external vendors.
