Warehouse Associate – Retail Returns Sorter
Location: South Austin (78744)
We’re hiring a Retail Returns Sorter for a warehouse in South Austin. In this role, you’ll sort, inspect, and organize returned retail merchandise.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
Pay: $15.00/hour to start, with the opportunity to earn a $2 to $3 hourly increase after the probationary period based on performance and attendance.
Responsibilities:
• Sort and organize returned retail merchandise
•
Inspect items for quality and condition
• Separate products by category for processing, recycling, or resale
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe
•
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and company guidelines
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed
**Work Environment: This is a non-climate-controlled warehouse**
Requirements
• Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic
• Detail-oriented and organized
•
Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but not required
