Conway manufacturer specializing in metal stamping, forming, painting, and assembly The 350,000 sq. ft. Conway facility uses advanced equipment including stamping presses, lasers, roll formers, and multi-stage paint systems to deliver high-quality parts and sub-assemblies.
What You’ll Do:
• Build, repair, and maintain tooling to support production
• Work with dies, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and precision tools
• Interpret blueprints and manufacture parts to specifications
• Operate mills, lathes, grinders, drill presses, and CNC equipment
• Troubleshoot tooling and production issues with cross-functional teams
• Support tooling design and continuous improvement efforts
• Mentor and train team members as needed
What We’re Looking For:
• Experience in Tool & Die or Machining (manual + CNC preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and hold tight tolerances
• Proficiency with precision measuring instruments

Requirements:
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Occasional bending, kneeling, and reaching
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Apprenticeship completion is a plus
• Strong teamwork, quality focus, and problem-solving skills
Pay is $27.15 – $30.56 per hour
